This is raw, unheated honey produced using traditional migratory beekeeping methods in the untouched natural environment of the Piedmont and Aosta Valley regions of Italy.
Honey harvested from acacia flowers, also known as the "Queen of Honey," has a mild sweetness without any unpleasant taste, and its mellow flavor and aroma leave a clean, elegant aftertaste. It contains little glucose and is less likely to crystallize, so it maintains a thick liquid state even in the cold winter.
It is certified organic by ICEA (Italy) and the EU.

How honey is made
Traditional acacia, chestnut blossom, dandelion and azalea are cultivated through mobile beekeeping.
After collecting honey in the valley rich in nature,
The frames are removed from the hives containing the honey, put into a centrifuge to extract the honey, then dehumidified and filtered, then heated at 40°C to prevent the nutrients from being destroyed (so-called non-heated).
→Storage in aging tanks →Bottling -After this long process, a sparkling honey is created from the bounty of nature and careful work.

Giuseppe Perlino founded the company in 1998, driven by his passion for beekeeping.
His father's passion has been passed down to his three sons, who practice organic beekeeping that respects the natural environment and the bee ecosystem.
