About Shipping

We will ship your order within 5 business days. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, so we do not offer delivery services on those days.

Nationwide flat rate of 190 yen (only for eligible products)

・The parcel will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Delivery is complete when the parcel is delivered to your mailbox. Please see the table below for details.

・Depending on the total weight and size of the ordered items, delivery may be by courier. Please check the actual shipping fee on the order confirmation screen.

-Due to system limitations, the option to specify a delivery date and time will be displayed at checkout, but date and time specifications do not apply to delivery via Click Post.

*Free shipping for orders over 12,000 yen (tax included) (excluding Hokkaido, Tohoku, and Okinawa areas).

*Some products, such as large items, are not eligible for free shipping. Please be sure to check the "SHIPPING & RETURNS" on each product page before purchasing.

*If the package is forwarded due to customer reasons or an incorrect address, the recipient will be responsible for the shipping charges.
Please note that in addition to the above shipping fees, a fixed shipping fee based on region will be charged and must be paid by the customer.

*The delivery date of the product varies depending on the prefecture of delivery.

*Shipping will be done for each order. If you place multiple orders on the same day, shipping fees will be charged for each transaction. Please note that we cannot ship multiple items together.



"Delivery service"

Customers who wish to have their parcel delivered to a parcel box or other location when they are not at home must apply for the leave-at-home service in advance with their post office.

Cash on delivery

The following cash on delivery fees (tax included) will be charged depending on the total amount of the product price + shipping fee.

Up to 30,000 yen: 330 yen

Up to 100,000 yen: 550 yen

Up to 200,000 yen: 880 yen

Up to 300,000 yen 990 yen


Cash on delivery fees will not be reflected on the payment screen or in the order confirmation email that is automatically sent after placing an order.

Please hand over the total amount plus the COD fee to the delivery person.

*Please note that if you are unable to receive your package and it is returned to us, additional fees will be charged for return shipping and redelivery.

About delivery notes and receipts


In order to go paperless and protect personal information, we will no longer enclose delivery notes, and will instead use the ``Order Confirmation Email/Shipping Completion Email'' sent by our store as your purchase receipt.


We do not issue receipts. Please use the statement issued by your credit card company or the receipt left as a copy when you pay by cash on delivery as a receipt.
These are official receipts recognized by the tax office and pursuant to accounting regulations.




Returns and Exchanges



Regardless of whether the product has been shipped or not, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer convenience after an order has been placed.

However, if you find that the product is defective or damaged during delivery, or if the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will exchange or return the product after checking the condition of the product and delivery status.
