Bro's Hazelnut Oil 250ml
This oil is stone-ground from 100% hazelnuts from Aquitaine, France. When you put it in your mouth, the amazingly fragrant aroma unique to hazelnuts spreads. It has a smooth texture and a very rich flavor. It has an impact as if you are eating hazelnuts themselves. The aftertaste lingers on your tongue, and the rich aroma is a testament to the high quality of the oil. 2.5 kg of hazelnuts are used to make 1 liter of oil.
Use it as a dressing for salads with strong-smelling vegetables such as arugula and celery, herbs, and beans such as green beans. Just add a small amount of hazelnut oil and salt to your salad to make it delicious!
It goes well with chicken, white fish, scallops, and potatoes, and can be drizzled on sautéed or grilled dishes to create a fragrant finish. It can also be used to flavor bread or baked goods such as pound cake.

How walnut oil is made
1. The walnuts are crushed using a millstone (this exerts a pressure of about 1.6 tons).
2. Once crushed, place in a hot pot with burning firewood and mix slowly.
3. The oil is pressed through a press, transferred to barrels, and then bottled.
No food additives such as antioxidants or preservatives are used.
