The "Tsumugi Cotton Warmer" is made from 100% recycled cotton spun from cotton waste.
The loosely knit slub yarn provides just the right amount of warmth for any season.
By reducing the number of times the threads are twisted together, the gaps between the fibers are increased, resulting in a soft, airy feel that is gentle on the skin. The fabric is finished without pressing, so it is light and comfortable to wear without feeling too tight.

After working as a graphic designer at an advertising agency, Tamami Takeoka went on to freelance in package design and product planning. By chance, she came across a sock factory with old knitting machines, and in 2010, she began producing "Kunekune Socks" in Ashiya, Hyogo Prefecture.
Using old-fashioned machines that have been lovingly maintained and the skilled techniques of craftsmen, Mokono's socks have a soft texture and comfortable fit that you will never forget once you try them on.
