Return Policy

Except in the cases listed below, our shop does not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for reasons of customer convenience after an order has been placed, regardless of whether the product has been shipped or not.
・If the product has a clear defect
*Excluding damage to packaging or outer boxes that is within our shop's standards, as stated on the product page. If you receive a product that is different from the order. If damage is confirmed during delivery.
If any of the above applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will check the condition of the item and the delivery status and then exchange or return it.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
・If the customer does not apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product. ・If the product has been used or washed (only indoor try-on is acceptable).
・If the product shows signs of use, damage, or dirt ・If the packaging, tag, or accessories are missing or damaged ・If the orderer and the recipient are different ・Products offered at a sale price ・Underwear and other products worn directly on the skin, food, cosmetics ・If the product is returned using a method other than that specified by our shop ・If the manufacturer is out of stock (we will refund your money)
*Depending on the viewing environment of the device you use, the color of the actual product may appear different. In this case, we cannot accept it as a product defect, so please understand in advance.
