The dense muslin fabric is light and comfortable to wear. The fabric becomes softer with repeated wearing and washing. The chest and cuffs are decorated with corozo buttons, made from carved ivory palm.
This dress is perfect as relaxing wear, yet somehow exudes modesty.

Peruvian Pima cotton
Among the many types of cotton, this is the finest extra-long staple cotton.
In the harsh environment of the Andes Mountains in northern Peru, close to the equator, it grows into much thinner and longer fibers than regular cotton, allowing it to absorb more air.
Impurities mixed into the extremely fine fibers are difficult to remove mechanically, so all cotton is harvested by hand. As a result, it is extremely rare, accounting for only 2% of the world's cotton production.
It is highly absorbent, keeping your skin cool and non-sticky in the summer and warm in the winter.
